A simple promise: open the Studio, get a beautiful printable worksheet in under a minute, walk away with a PDF that's ready for the classroom.
Why this exists
Most "free worksheet" websites are exhausting. They bury the tool under banner ads. They demand sign-ups. They force you through a dozen settings before you see what you'll get. By the time you've configured everything, you could have made the worksheet by hand.
WorksheetCraft takes the opposite approach. The Studio is built to look like the finished worksheet from the second you arrive. Type your words, see the result. Change a setting, see the result update. Click Download PDF, get exactly what you saw.
Who it's for
Anyone who teaches kids vocabulary:
- Classroom teachers — whip up a focused worksheet between periods, or build a stack of weekly spelling activities.
- Parents — turn this week's spelling list into a fun activity in a few minutes, no shopping needed.
- Homeschool families — build a library of themed printables that grows with your child.
- ESL teachers and tutors — give English learners letter-level engagement with words they're actively studying.
- Tuition centres and childcare — printable activities that fill ten minutes without screens.
What's in the box
Two worksheet types today, sharing one growing word library:
- Word Scramble — letters rearranged for kids to unscramble.
- Missing Letters — fill-in-the-blank vocabulary practice.
Each worksheet has three difficulty levels, six color themes, optional answer keys, and a clean printable PDF output. The built-in library covers grades K through 5+ across topics like animals, weather, body parts, sports, and many more — and grows as we add new lists.
Our principles
- Free, always. The core worksheet generators are free for personal and classroom use, with no paywall, no watermarks, no "premium PDF" gates.
- No sign-up. You don't need an account to make a worksheet. We don't store the words you type.
- Beautiful by default. A worksheet should look like it came from a publisher, not from a 1998 web form.
- Print-first. PDFs are designed for the paper that ends up on a kid's desk — not for the screen.
- Mobile-friendly. Make a worksheet on a phone during the commute, print it from a laptop at school.
Who's behind it
WorksheetCraft is an independent project focused on building simple, useful printable worksheet tools for parents, teachers, and learners.
The goal is to make worksheet creation fast, accessible, and free of unnecessary complexity. New educational tools and printable resources are added regularly to support everyday learning — and if there's a topic or worksheet type you wish existed, the contact page is always open.
What's next
The roadmap, openly:
- More word lists and topics in the library (the admin console makes this easy).
- A blog with classroom-tested ideas and worksheet usage guides.
- Mobile responsive polish for the Studio.
- Eventually: more worksheet types, save-and-share features, and (down the road) optional teacher accounts.
